LACOCK VISIT
Recently, we have visited Lacock Abbey in Wiltshire. It is a small village full of old houses, wildlife and enviormental surroundings. We had to take lots of pictures of a certain building so we could all make a village collage as a class involving our previous topic.

When we arrived, we split into two groups. One group would go around the village taking photographs and the others would go to the museum. My group was first to go around the village and we took various photos of the houses, shops and church around us.

Shortly after, we went to go have our lunch outside a little cafe and then switch roles. My group went to the museum and the others went round the village. The museum was all about William Henry Fox Talbot, how and when cameras were invented and other camera related things.
Personally, I really enjoyed my visit to Lacock Abbey. It really helped me engage to the countryside and take an interest in our world. The whole village was interesting even a little telephone box made everyone smile. We also took photos of eachother because theres no fun in it if you don't.

Completely Random Fact:
Did you know, Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone and the Chamber of Secrets was filmed in Lacock Abbey in Feburary 2001 and 2002? We were actually standing in a room where Daniel, Emma and Rupert once stood! Me, being a massive Harry Potter fan, freaked out.

I then made a collage of one of the houses in Lacock. This is a rough copy but it still looks nice to me.
